Is this the case for anyone else or.... Is it just me... or does HopUp not take profile reports seriously? Honestly, I have tried helping others who were scammed by also reporting the scammer, and literally nothing happened to the person who scammed. HopUp tells me they are “resolving the issue”, but nothing actually happens. One guy even called me a RACIAL SLUR when questioned about being a scammer. And you know what? After I report him, this is the exact email I get: “You can block someone via their profile if you do not want to receive messages from them.”. And guess what, the dude is still here on here... Yes, a user uses a racial slur after scamming someone, and HopUp’s astounding advice was to block him. SMH not only is a ridiculous 10 percent being taken from us, but now we know all OUR money they take isn’t even being used to improve the app... Great job guys, way to go!👍👍🤦‍♂️
