So finally both my orders from evike shipped, via ups surepost. I upgraded one to be delivered today, but when I checked tracking this morning it said “A UPS My Choice delivery change was requested for this package. / Package could not be located for intercept.” and I called ups and the first woman said it’ll be delivered Saturday, so I asked her why I paid $18 to have it delivered today and she transferred me to billing where a gentleman told me he had to put a tracer on the package as it’s not really in the system anymore. My other order is supposed to be delivered tomorrow but it departed a facility on the morning of the 22nd and has not had an update since. Anyone else ever have similar issues? When should I be concerned?
