*the gun in the picture is a rough example of what I want to build, I don’t own the gun* I’m thinking about starting my first full ak build and give my hk’s a little break lol. But I don’t have a ton of experience with building ak’s so I don’t know exactly what’s best, what’s compatible with what, and what brands to go with for the type of build I want to do. I’m thinking about building a ak74 with these parts. Externally: •fab defense PDC railed dust cover •VS-24 keymod rail long •VS-33 Gas tube •ZenitCo PT-3 stock real or replica •ZenitCo RP-1 charging handle knob •ZenitCo DTK-2 flash hider •Molot RPK mags Internally: •PolarStar Kythera •some really nice barrel setup •braided igl For a lack of better terms I want it to be a amazing preforming gucci ak build that doesn’t need a battery. My questions are pretty much what brand would be best for this build given the parts I want to use? What internal parts would be best for the build based off of what I’m going for? And do you have any tips on using or mounting any of these parts? As for the brand I was mainly debating using Lct or E&l but let me know what you’d think is best for the build idea.
