I need help getting my VFC MK17 build ready. I have a rough parts list, but it would be great to have some advice. I would want to shoot roughly 15-20 Rps and about 380 fps with a .25. So pretty much nothing close to being high stress, just a nice all around gun that will be reliable. Here is the list: Barrel: (Will be a 6.03 barrel) ZCI, Prommy, madbull Bucking: G&G green, Prommy purple, Lonex 70, or Maple leaf 70/75. Which is the best bucking? Spring guide: Stock Vfc, Lonex, SHS Spring: unsure of brand or strength Gearbox shell: Stock vfc Piston: SHS or Lonex Piston head: SHS or Lonex Gears: Stock Vfc (remove self shims), ZCI, or SHS Motor: Lonex A2 Nozzle: Maxx Hopup: Maxx Cylinder head: SHS, Lonex, or Maxx Tappet plate: Stock vfc, SHS, Lonex (might be a proprietary part) Anti reversal latch: Stock vfc, SHS, Lonex For batteries, I will be using Elite Force 11.1V 900mAH LiPo batteries. They fit perfectly in the stock. SIDE NOTES: - Bushings vs bearings - Wired to deans - Wire gearbox like m4. Will i need to take out hinge wiring and drill a hole through the stock? - Remove self shim aspect of the stock gears. - Do I need to upgrade battery? - I also don’t know much about buckings and what to buy. Does a nub come separately with a bucking?
