So I bought a polarstar for 475 thru Venmo and used the g&s option. After no response from seller, I clicked “report a problem” then “talk on a live chat” and followed prompts. It took about 15 min to talk to a real person via text, but that was fine. I expressed my issue, was told I’d be emailed within 10 business days and was expecting to need to send more proof of being scammed as I was told. 10 buisness days went by, and at 1:54 am the case was resolved In my favor. Take this as you will, it’s not ad fast as PayPal’s g&s, but the fees are definitely less. I’ll be placing my trust in it in the future Edit: to select payment as goods and services, there’s a little icon you can slide to enable it as an option.
