Hello everyone 👋 Many of you have reported an increase in those annoying phishing scam messages. You know the ones – elaborate stories about why they can’t pay you the usual way. We’ve all heard it. To help keep these scams out, we’ve implemented a new system to detect and remove these scam messages. 🔔 This might mean some conversations with potential buyers (who are really just scammers) might disappear if they’re flagged by our system. Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean you did anything wrong! We’re just working hard, based on your feedback, to make HopUp an even safer place to buy and sell all things airsoft. 👮‍♂️ If you ever receive a message that sounds fishy, be sure to report that user ASAP! Our system will immediately review those messages to determine if they’re legitimate or a scam and take action. There’s no harm in submitting a user report if you’re unsure.
