So today I went by a local hobby store. I asked for my gun to be switched to Deans and I picked up a 11.1 Lipo at 20c 800mah. However, once the shop owner was done wiring everything and I plugged it in the battery swelled immediately and began to smoke. I have the Ares EFCS electric trigger board. I’m going to my local airsoft store tomorrow. Should I have them check the board or just make sure the deans wasn’t wired wrong or do you think it was just a bad battery? The board is brand new and was working fine with a 9.9v life battery last week. Thanks for the input and advice.
