How can I exclude all non-continental United States buyers from free shipping with purchases made through HopUp? I didn’t even know that HopUp allowed buyers from US Territories and don’t know if they allow international buyers or not? I’ve shipped to HI and AK in the past with free shipping and it definitely was more than normal. So after I get paid from HopUp I am going to lose $5.34 on the transaction. I did not check HopUp’s shipping prices so I am not sure what they would have charged for shipping. I declined the buyers offer to pay half the shipping cost because it is not their issue. They should not have to pay additional money for shipping since they were expecting it to be free based on the listing. I prefer free shipping listings but will change all of my listings until a solution presents itself. Thanks in advance! Bronson
