Enemy Forces: Viet Cong (VC) units are operating in the AO (Rung Sat AO). Expect hit-and-run tactics, harassment, and night ambushes. Local VC intent is to disrupt operations without engaging in decisive, large-scale battles.
Friendly Forces: Reconnaissance elements and ANZAC/US infantry platoons.

To conduct a multi-phase operation involving reconnaissance, village sweeps, and bunker assaults to locate and neutralize enemy weapons caches and intelligence.
Phase I: Reconnaissance (Friday)
09:30: Recon units deploy.
10:00: Recon to engage VC patrols and locate weapons bunker/cache.
11:30: Recon units return to Patrol Base (PB).
Phase II: Village Sweep (Friday)
12:30 – 13:30: Main body departs PB for Village Sweep.
16:00: Sweep operations conclude; return to PB.
20:00: STAND TO. Maintain high alert. Expect night harassment/ambush.
Phase III: The Bunker Assault (Saturday)
08:30 – 09:30: First Patrol departs for the bunker complex.
10:00: H-HOUR. Assault on bunker complex begins.
Objective: Recover Intelligence, weapons, and ordnance.
13:00: All units back to PB. Secure and document captured material.
Phase IV: Perimeter Defense (Saturday/Sunday)
15:00: Defensive patrols established to intercept incoming VC forces.
20:00: STAND TO. Full perimeter manning.
Sunday 05:45: Expected VC dawn assault. Repel enemy and consolidate.

Saturday: Breakfast 07:00. Resupply period 13:00–15:00. Dinner 18:00.

Ammunition: Requisitioned during resupply windows.

Whatever you need for additional sleeping gear can be USGI sleep gear from the time. Whatever you need to stay warm & dry when permitted to rest. Modern sleep systems are OK just hide it from a plain site to not break immersion. Vietnam Era OD Green bivi bags are a great way to disguise you modern sleeping bag.
No Post War Weapons of any kind. Captured OPFOR weapons OK.
Finally, for those asking to do Chinese/Soviet advisor kits : as long as it looks period correct and accurate.
