DIY Chest rig adapter kit. Loop the plastic bits thru MOLLE webbing on your plate carrier cummerbund and put the clips into your chest rig and cinch it down. Mayflower/Velocity Systems makes a series of straps very similar to this for like $30. I used these with a medium mayflower APC and a mayflower uw gen IV. Hope this works for you!
