Warrior Assault Systems Drop Down Utility Pouch in new condition. Upgraded zipper pulls to rubber pulls instead of lace nylon. Height is 6.5" tall by 10" wide. The WAS utility pouch hangs under the front flap of most plate carriers and harnesses on the placard retainer Velcro. It attaches quickly and securely via Velcro. There are 2zip pockets located on the front and a larger compartment on the rear that can hold 3a soft armor. There is an additional row of elastic that can be used to hold chem lights and pals webbing on the front for attachment of other utility pouches
