For those that know, this is a real steel body armor carrier (no armor included). The vest can take both balcs (soft) armor and hard plates. Comes as shown with all attached pouches. No holes, rips, tears, etc. Size is a medium and color is ranger green. I love it, but since really working out hard it is getting just a little bit snug on me with no adjustability left in the traps area. Message with questions or offers
