New. This is a repro(given real ones are well over 1.5k) I have only taken it out for pics This is a very nice scope, nice clear glass and good magnification. (4x I believe) Reticle is laser etched so it can be used with out batteries. Eye relief is decent, better than most other airsoft acogs I have used Delta point is removable and should also be able to mount onto pistol slides if they are cut for it Definetly will be a head turner on the field Price is shipped
