Pristine condition tactical carrier. It’s in OD green and size large. NO ARMOR PLATES INCLUDED. I got this used and expected some damage but upon a very deep inspection, it’s litterally perfect. As advertised on the velsyst website, it’s almost completely covered in molle, and has a zipper section along the back for zip-on tactical panels or backpacks. It’s also able to take tactical placard on the front.
