All you need is the internals for the upper and a rear sight and your good to go, the lower and frame is entirely complete. Comes with the mag which is in great condition and works perfectly. The lower will actually work with basically all TM spec hicapa slides so you can actually put most normal hicapa uppers on this. Feel free to ask questions not answered above.
