No need to wait until 2025, the answer is here now When it came to designing it, I wanted it to look good, but also be functional. This is why the picatinny rails aren’t 1:1 like the in-game ones. The in-game rails wouldn’t work in real life, so I made sure model ones that would work. Now, you can add any lights or sights that you want as long there is enough space. If you don’t want to run any sights, that’s cool too. The kit comes with iron sights that are similar to the ones in game, which are based off of standard Glock iron sights. There are also cut outs that allow space for normal Glock controls such as your slide release lever, selector switch, and an opening to check your chamber. Because this is intended to go on gas blow backs, it is likely that the kick from each shot can slightly move the kit out of place from the gun. To counter this, there is a screw that will come with the kit. Install the screw into the hole so that the kit doesn’t shake out of place. The kit is pretty easy to install, although you will need to know how to remove the backplate for your gun in order to install the charging handle. For the main piece, just ensure that the teeth slide onto the rail that underneath the barrel as if it was a flashlight or laser. The charging handle will require a screwdriver in order to install. There are plenty of videos on YouTube that show how to disassemble your G18, but I could send one upon request.
