Description
Looking to part with this (as Evike would describe) "SOCOM Gear Kel-Tec Licensed PLR-16 Airsoft GBB AR Pistol".
Got it off Hopup about 6 months ago and played with it twice; here's a laconic review:
Performance: the AW Custom Drum helps this AR gbb pistol chug away around .350 fps on propane/green gas, and in ideal temperatures (spring/summer), easily lasted me a 1 hour game where I shot probably 200 times.
Realism: plastic and metal where it oughta be, it's well balanced but hefty with the drum; foregrip helps immensely, as does using a 1 point slinger, akin to how SAS ran MP5k back in da day. Also, holy shit..this things kicks, and honestly simulates more a 9mm carbine than a .22 plinker.
Accuracy: Yeah, with the hefty kick, this thing is best run single shot unless super cqb (my field is Ballahack in VA, so mainly woods). To be honest, the fun factor made running this thing so much fun and simply assumed my shots wouldn't go too far because I never figured out how to adjust the hard to reach Allen screw shoved inconviently above the chamber. With adding some hop, and perhaps a better bucking rubber, I can't see why this couldn't be just as accurate as any other gbb m4.
Accesories include a BT Brighter Tracer Unit (which I am honestly not sure whether works, as the green light turns on but I lack tracer bbs), a foregrip, the AW Custom gbb ar drum, and a 1.5x magnified ACOG style scope, which has blue, red, and green light settings for reticle.
Lemme know if ya got questions.
I'm down for Venmo, cash app, etc.
